April 9th... We are greatly saddened to hear of the loss of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award’s Patron and Founder, His Royal Highness, The Duke of Edinburgh, and our thoughts are with his family.
Update: COVID-19 info from the DofE
You can now change the activity to complete the final weeks/months of activity, for example keeping fit at home ready when you can play your team sport again. You can do other volunteering activities to complete your required time. Here are ideas from the DofE.
We can't currently offer the expedition section of the Award, but independent approved activity providers (AAPs) may be able to do so. We will review this situation over the next coming months.
The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award aims to provide an enjoyable, challenging and rewarding programme of personal development for young people.
